Allie was born and raised in Lincoln, England where she became a freestyle snowboarder, ranked in the top 10 in the UK. She worked as a London primary school teacher, bookshop assistant, barmaid, nanny and French teacher/translator. In 2003 she moved to Australia and lives on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
