Kathryn Gossow has been writing and publishing short and flash fiction in a variety of genres since 2006. She has ignored the advice given to her to choose a genre and stick to it. Her first novel, Cassandra was short-listed for the Aurelias Award and is a mythic fiction retelling. The second novel The Dark Poet is a series of gritty short stories and the third is a small-town thriller.
